Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n

Saved conversations<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a user of the Nori Health application you allow us to store the conversations so you can view past conversations in your personal account. This data is stored through Chino.io (see service providers section) by GDPR standards, and this feature can be disabled on request by accessing ‘My account’.<\/p>\n

Anonymized data from these conversations may be collected in “keyword” exports for distribution to partners (payers) in order to monitor outcomes of such partnerships. This data can never be linked to a specific individual or user of the Nori Health service.<\/p>\n

Questionnaire data<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a user of the Nori Health application you submit data to standardized questionnaires to monitor your progress. This data may be shared with specific partners of Nori Health through pseudonymized datasets. In these sets the questionnaire data is present, but the personal data is not. You may submit data at the start and end of the Nori Health program, and additionally during intervals. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you are providing us with consent to collect and share this data.<\/p>\n

Tracking & Cookies Data<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.<\/p>\n

Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. The personal data needed to identify users (personal data) and conversational data is processed and stored separately in order to improve the performance of the application and protect our users. – Vero<\/strong>: Vero is an email service used to improve the performance and interaction with our application. Your email address is processed by Vero in order to create a working service. GDPR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Nori Health is compliant with GDPR standards. This means that user has:<\/p>\n
